Had myself a large Golden Latte with a Turkey and Havartii Bragel bacon added of course! All on an asiago cheese bagel toasted!... If you haven't heard of this neat named coffee shop, locally owned in Greenwood and Southport, then I suggest you get on overthere and check it out!! They have daily coupons, new items that get featured, and for the NON COFFEE DRINKERS; teas, hotchocolate, milk teas, and much more!! For my sweet tooth food option from here is hands down the BIGG Chocolate CHUNK Cookie.See how the word "chunk" is all capitalized? Look at my photo review to see how the chocolate chips, are actual CHUNKS!! Don'tforget, it's super soft, and can be heated up, but it comes pretty warm and soft already! My husband & I never had Biggby before this Greenwood store opened so we decided to try it out a few weeks ago. We were very... impressed with how quickly our order was made and how delicious our drinks tasted! I have been back quite a few times since thenand have tried a different drink each time. I have liked each one of the drinks I have tried. They?re all tasty & delicious!!Can?t wait to try one of their breakfast bagels soon. This place is spectacular. Greenwood FINALLY got a local drive thru coffee shop. I?m not a fan of Dunkin or Starbucks.. this is... more my style! Their lattes are amazing and so are their bagels! Check their Facebook page for weekly coupons. Read more
I'm a fan of Biggby coffee in general, but I have to say I'm particularly impressed with how quickly this location has gotten up... to speed! I've been twice during their opening week, and while the drive thru line was long, everyone working seemed to beworking as quickly as they could, and my orders were spot on! Overall, definitely a good opening experience and true to thequality Biggby coffee I've had at other locations. I definitely recommend their Breakfast Bragels, and most everything on theircoffee menu is delicious (if a little sweet for my taste). As long as they continue to improve and work out the kinks of openinga new business, they'll become a staple of the Center Grove area! Read more

This place was a HUGE disappointment. Pulled up at Biggby, excited to try a new coffee place that isn't Starbucks. The walk-up... window had a taped-up piece of paper with Sharpie-scribbles that reads "WALK UP CLOSED" - not a good look for a place thatliterally just opened a few days ago. The drive-thru was slammed, which is fine, because this gave me plenty of time to checkout the menu on their website to see what I wanted to order. NICE, they have really good-looking smoothies on their website! Getup to the drive-thru box/menu and HALF of the entire menu is blacked-out with masking-tape. Great. Ask for a smoothie when theytake my order. "Sorry but the smoothies are discontinued, can I get you something else?" *Record Scratch* So YOU LITERALLY JUSTOPENED at this location and already don't have half the items? I settled on an ice-matcha latte thingie, which would have beenover $6 had I not had a coupon. Tasted like milk with maybe a thimble worth of actual matcha in it.. First impressions areeverything, especially in Business, and this place made a lousy one on me, to say the least. I would give them 1 Star, if itwasn't for the Staff - the guys working at this location are really friendly and got the line moving quickly. Hopefully they canget a better Manager. Read more
Even though the line was long (not an issue) because they are so new, it was the best coffee I ever had and I?m an avid... Starbucks drinker. They have many drink options for any mood you are in as well as food I love it! I also cannot forget theamazing service I had while ordering, everyone was so nice and they give you a drink punch card! Read more
I love Biggby; however, please put sleeves on hot coffee cups. My husband and I are always asking for one. The cups are hot.... Also, we feel obligated to leave a tip when the Cashier asks. There is a tip box under the window if we want to leave one.Customers shouldn?t feel pressured being asked to leave a tip. Other than those minor concerns, it?s a great coffee shop! Read more
