They are slower than turtles and advertise pepperoni nuggets and never have any ready or in the oven. Plus they are rude and are... inconvenienced because you ordered something they don't have ready. Read more
i hate this place. the manager was so quiet and weird, and told us our pretzels would be a 10 minute wait. 30 MINUTES LATER, our... pretzels came out. the cheese sauce was cold, and they would not give us our money back, or let us upgrade for free. Pretzel tasted stale and was hard. Waited in line for a bit and was the only one in line until one of the girls turned around... and seen me. Ordered a pretzel and a large drink. She handed me my pretzel and a small drink and I said I?m sorry I ordered alarge and she said oh the pretzel comes with a small and I said yes but I ordered a large and she argued with me and then threwmy receipt in the trash and I said just forget it. This is the kiosk by Sears that I'm rating. Went to get pretzel bites and the girls in front of us just left without buying any... saying they were not fresh. When we walk up the guy at the register spends a full minute talking to a co-worker before evenacknowledging us. We order the bites and they have 1 cup that isn't full. He asks another coworker how fresh they are and shesays they're not at all. He asks if we want them or fresh ones, which will take 10ish minutes, as I ask my husband he chucks thebites in the trash and then says they don't have the bites anymore...So we left. If he had actually been nice we would havegotten something else, but he was so rude we just walked away. Terrible customer service. Read more
