I'm allergic to pickles and I clearly said my order which didn't include pickles and she tried to put them on my sandwich 5... times. Not to mention that they all looked higher than kites when they came out of the back to make me food. She even put baconon my sandwich when I said turkey? The staff is good, I mean they?re always nice? But the wait time, in or at drive thru- is ridiculous. And when I?ve waited it?s... never when they?re super busy. They?re always out of something, or my order is wrong. Last time I got home, from drive thru, andhad to go all the way back for a new sub. Read more
Really impressed with the new driveway and ability to order from drive thru. Discovered whole store has been remodeled and it... looks really nice and clean. Enjoyed the protein bowl very much; will be back again for this option. Read more

There?s a newer blonde, older, female worker I haven?t seen at this location since the remodel, i tipped accordingly to the... price of one sandwich, she charged $6.00, fine whatever, I?m not confrontational, I?ll just let it go. Come back two weekslater, she?s handling my order again, ordered two sandwiches, mine is personalized, my brothers is their bacon, chicken, ranch.The woman asks if i want to tip, since she already got enough from last time, I said no, and she then took a long time on mysandwich, no one else was there. Then a man came to the window to hand me the sandwiches. My bread was old and crunchy, and theturkey was shredded, which usually it isnt? And it just didnt taste right. And my brothers sandwich didn?t even have bacon onit?. But it?s literally in the title. A couple hours role by, i begin to feel very sick, then throw up. I love the NEW remodel and I really love eating at Subway. However, I have eaten there a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and... I have to say their cucumbers do not taste right? The biggest issue I have to say is WHERE is the cheddar cheese?? I assumeSubway thinks it cost to much? I personally think it cost more money in labor dollars since the employee's are always cleaningup messes from people like me constantly asking for them to add plenty of shredded cheese to our food, just so we can have somecheddar in our Sub's. They must be using a different measuring system. The meats are a lower amount. I ordered a steak and cheese foot long. I came... in and ordered and am still here eating. 11/21/22 @ 6:10pm. There was a young guy with black hair that was rude to me. Hedidn?t seem to be putting the right amount of meat on the sandwich. And he barley spread the steak out over the sandwichevenly. I had another sandwich that I had him make. 6 inch Chicken terryaki. He made them both haphazardly. The young girlnext to him was working so fast to put the toppings on, I though her hands would fall off. Then I asked twice if the amount ofmeat on the sandwich was the right amount. She very snippy answered, yes we use two scoops of steak on foot longs. The overallcustomers service was lacking severely.
