Stopped at this Dunkin during evening rush hour yesterday...the place wasn't busy and the gentleman at the counter was... excellent. I was on a 6 hr trip while suffering a horrendous cold, and he could probably sense something was wrong because hewas super nice and wished me a safe journey. Very unprofessional black tall guy today, serving people who just joined the queue from the back and going off at customers... without any explanation or whatsoever. Got people waiting in queue for over 20mins only for his colleague to come and say to usthat they ain't taking no orders when he could've just told us Instead for us to leave the queue knowing most of us aretraveler's with kids.
