I ordered two quiches (bacon & cheddar, broccoli & Gruyère) for a family event and picked them up on a Sunday morning. We... heated and served them to a group of 8 adults, some of whom have fairly sophisticated culinary experiences. Everyone was ravingabout them in a way that went far beyond politeness - these were, without question, the best, most delicious quiches I?ve everhad, hands down. The quality was stunning. Very disappointed. Had an important Business meeting with clients in from NYC yesterday. Ordered a week in advance for 18 people... to be delivered Wednesday at 12:15pm. The food never showed up and we could not get through to them on the phone or email. Notuntil 1:45pm were we able to reach them to tell them to cancel it. Customer Service was extremely poor and unapologetic. Reallyleft me in a bad spot with no lunch for an entire group. I have relayed this experience to all my colleagues here at CONAIR toavoid this deli in the future for business meetings. 1 local business trying to support another and they failed. Same meetingearlier in the day had breakfast delivered on time from Upper Crust Bagels for the meeting without any issue. Read more
