During our visit the front registers were apparently not working. There was a sloppily handwritten note taped over the front of... the "cash" registers which stated card only or exact change only. I was using my card but had to yell my order back to thegentleman who was taking my order from a drive thru register. When we received our order I notice a portion of it was missing.After waiting in line for a correction the gentleman apologized and gave me the portion of the order that was missing. Read more
Compared to other Burger Kings, specifically the location in Commerce, this one is pretty subpar in food quality. Half the time,... the french fries are near room temperature. The hamburger is made sloppily with the meat patty being near room temperature aswell. Read more
Might just be the WORST BK I?ve been too. Horrible service. I think the person working the drive through hates having a job... period. Rude. Could barely understand her. The screens were out on the drive through so you can?t see the meal numbers. Shesounded quite put off when I asked what number the meal was. And of course, the order was wrong. I was looking thru the nearby restaurants for a quick place to grab a soda when the name of this establishment caught my eye. I... was confused, shocked, yet intrigued. I had a bit of time, I was waiting for my sister to get out of her friend's basketballgame, so I decided to drive over and see what this....."Bugar King" was all about. The other review left for this locationcertainly did not help qualm any concerns I had. (Which were many.) Was it truly an empty lot? Was it a prank done by someonewith a little too much power over Google Maps? When I arrived I was very disappointed. A normal Burger King. Pretty newlooking, very clean and busy. I haven?t eaten a whopper in 20 years, so when I saw the impossible whopper advertised I was happy that fast food places were at... last offering a non meat alternative that wasn?t a salad and also intrigued how BK would present this burger. I?ve eatenimpossible burgers before, so I kind of knew what to expect and I got exactly what I expected... An impossible burger sloppilythrown together by an 18yr old that couldn?t care, so thanks BK, I haven?t missed eating a Whopper and I?m pretty sure I?lleasily forget this experience, which was further sullied by over salted and undercooked fries. I love the Impossible Whopper. Hate the fries, fish, chicken... My main issue is how long it takes to get the food. Pull up at a... McDonald with the line wrapped around the store, have your food in less than 5 minutes. Pull up at BK. Only one car in front ofus, 5 minute wait. Doesn't matter which one. They are all the same.
