Every time we order at this location, either online or drive-thru, the order is all wrong. Just now we ordered four meals and we... were missing one sandwich and the four drinks. We ordered regular fries and we got seasoned fries. Three of the sandwiches wereordered without pickles, they all had pickles. My husband had to get inside to get the drinks. He got home and we were stillmissing one sandwich. The app said to pick up at 5:43 pm, my husband didn't get the order until 6:20 pm. So much for "fastfood". Read more

I should have known better. I have been to this particular Zaxby?s three times this past year. Every time the service has been... slow. As usual, it was slow this time, plus I had sub-par service. I went inside to order our take-out. When I got home thesalad container was only half full and the zaxby sauce was missing from the other two orders. Ok. Do you get a bonus for every grain of seasoning you save? Like I don't get it. The food is so bland at this location. Like... consistently. They never put seasoning on anything. This location really needs to talk to their team about carrying on a conversation with another co-worker while customers are... placing their orders. This is not the 1st time this has happen. While I was placing my order at the drive thru the young ladytaking my order started laughing with a co-worker in the background. I had to repeat my order 3x for her to get it right. Shealso charged me twice and i had to call my bank to have the charge disputed. Then I was told to pull forward while they weregetting my order ready but it was definitely not worth the wait. They are sooooo slow, dirty and have poor customer service. I ordered through the drive thru. They told me to pull to the front... line to wait for the food. Waited for 20 minutes and nothing. Finally went inside to ask for reimbursement, just to find outthat my order was on the counter waiting for an employee to take it outside. The inside of the restaurant was so dirty...floorwas sticky and the place smell really bad. The chicken was cold, the toast and fries were saggy. Usually no problem with this zaxby's but i haven't been in a few months. I got a 6 finger plate delivered, but it came with no... sauce of any kind, and my fries had zero seasoning on them, and they were brown and mushy. not even salted. Felt like a waste ofmoney. Read more

Stuck waiting in line for over 30 minutes for seemingly no reason. Line of cars backed up behind out to the road. Update:... Finally had to give up hope at getting food as to not risk being late for a meeting. Every other Zaxby?s has quick service -even during peak hours. One car was waiting at the order menu for 10 minutes. Why? I hate leaving negative reviews but this wassuch a negative experience. No plans to ever come back to this location. Read more
