Ordered lunch to go, while waiting on food multiple patrons including myself witnessed a gentleman behind the counter, wipe... sweat from his beard then grab fries to place in a bag with no gloves on. When asked for a refund prior to my food coming outthe manager was obviously frustrated with the request and threw my drink away after refunding my money. I had just sat the drinkdown and offered to pay for it when she grabbed it and went straight to the trash. Read more

I come here and they tell me it?s mobile order only. Then when I come back I?m waiting in line for people who are ordering thru... the drive thru. They can?t handle stress or any kind of situation. Got the 4 for $5 Jr. bacon cheeseburger combo with nuggets, fries and a Dr. Pepper plus a chocolate frosty with my key tag.... Lunch was great! Read more

Seems like everyone was drugged out. Unwilling to help with their own promo. People standing outside trying to have wrong orders... corrected. Drive thru order taker was dancing and gave zero f's about job or position. I work food, this is just sad... Read more

We drove up to go through the drive thru and they said they're doing shift change so they're not taking orders anymore mid day..... I would understand a "wait a few minutes" but straight up we're not taking your order please leave is unexceptable. Not onlythat but this is the THIRD time I've pulled up to them saying this and I never go at the same time. This Wendy's has terriblemanagement and workers.. it's low rating is still to high. I would give this zero stars if I could. The lady at the drive thru was super rude and combative. I asked for a receipt because... the total seemed very high. I asked for 3 things. 2 breakfast sandwiches & an orange juice. No combos. She still gave me thepotato?s from the combo. I told her the total seemed a little too high and I was concerned there was an error made and I wascharged for a combo, she argued with me that prices went up and that they were NOT correct on the menu board! When I got mybiscuit, it was SUPER hard and stale! My 6yr old daughter almost broke her teeth on the biscuit!! Very disappointing! Theycharged me $10 for just those 3 items and 2 of them were not able to be eaten! Read more

I used to love Wendy's until I moved close to this location. The first few times I thought it was just a one off experience. I... manage restaurants professional so I know how that can happen. I also understand the labor shortage right now and try now tokeep that in mind as well. I've been to this location 7 times. The only time I ever got a hot fry was for breakfast. The 6 othertimes I've been were for dinner and the fries and chicken are room temperature and taste like they were cooked an hour ago. Iwill still eat Wendy's at other locations but will not be returning to this one. How managers allow that low of a bar for thefood going out of their store amazes me. It makes the whole company look bad. After all these bad experiences I am convinced itisn't even the workers fault. They are not being trained and managed correctly. Read more

It?s a Wendy?s these days. Not looking to clean on the exterior, can?t eat inside, mediocre service. I do realize it is hard to... get employees, but the ones you do have should be trained to provide excellent service. Food always tastes the same of which isgood. This particular location just needs some love outside and service wise. Read more
