On my way to my chiropractor and purchased my food. The drive thru worker was so sweet and then I left. I was thinking I had my... drink..oops! Did not provide a receipt for my order, forgot something from my order (even when the woman at the drive through repeated back... my order specifications) but then claimed they didn?t charge me for it so I?d have to pay if I wanted it. Not sure what themiscommunication was during initially ordering it but no thanks, I?m sure it?d come out wrong. Maybe that issue wouldn?t occurif they didn?t run updates on the drive through system during open hours so the customer could see what they?re putting in. Read more
I ordered online through their app and ate inside their dining room. The process was easy and the food was ready within a couple... of minutes of me arriving. I love that they have the Freestyle machine so you can try different drinks with different flavors.The restaurant was clean and the employees working were very helpful. Came through the drive thru at 11:43pm and the woman at the window was very pleasant and served us even though she was running... out of food. The only reason I was out so late is because my daughter is expecting her 1st baby soon and had late nightcravings! went into this restaurant a few days ago and there was about 10 teenagers standing behind the counter laughing and joking... around. After ordering our food I walked to the soda machine and I saw how truly nasty this restaurant is, there was no ketchupin either dispenser, ALL of the trash cans were over flowing onto the floor, the soda machines were out of most of the productsand overall this place was absolutely disgusting and I will never return to this location again. I went to this Wendys for breakfast this morning (drive thru) I ordered the number 1 meal. The food was great and fresh. The... only issue I had was the drive thru worker . The guy taking the order was very nice but the older lady who was taking the moneyand passing the food out wasnt so welcoming . I wasn?t greeted by her once I got to the window nor did she provide me with mytotal or a receipt. I even said Thank you once receiving my order and I got a blank stare from her.
