One of my FAVORITE places in Greenville! Never had mead before and they got me to love it. Bartenders are always friendly. Best... large pretzel I've EVER had. Hummus is good, too. And the owner, Adam, is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. They alsohave really cool quarterly events (which is how I found the place). Seriously can't sing the praises enough! Read more

Great spot with a large selection of meats to try! I ordered a dry flight to get a selection, and found that they weren't super... dry at all but a nice balance and not too sweet. Lots of cozy seating and board games as well. Read more

Super fun! Lots of tasty choices. For the uninitiated, behold, a warning: mead is much sweeter than most other beers. It?s more... akin to cider. Really enjoyed the flight of mead. And they provide games and books, live music. Lively, but low key environmentwith an open air feel and comfortable seating. Went on a Friday night and there were people of all ages there. Read more

My first time at Wandering Bard was an amazing experience! Kelliesha built custom flights for my friend and me based on a series... of questions about our tastes. The mead was delicious and so was the food! I came back with my husband and he loved it too! Hisonly negative feedback is that he doesn?t like pesto, but most of the sandwiches on the menu included it, so he didn?t feel likehe had many options. Overall, Wandering Bard is a local gem, and I will always recommend it! Read more

We always have a great time here! I love how open it is! The space is really cool and the meads are all delicious! I haven?t... tried one that I didn?t like! Their different foods are also really yummy! The stand-out mead for me was their Reaper-er mead. Ilove spicy things and year round they have a Peach Reaper with is made with the Carolina reaper pepper. This past winter theyhad the Reaper-er which was hotter than the original (I can?t remember how many times more hot they said, unfortunately.) It isabsolutely my favorite mead! The spice with the cool sweetness is just absolutely delicious and I hope it comes back! Untilthen, every one of their meads is absolutely incredible and I can?t wait to continue going back for more!
