Not a fan of waffle house due to shared cooking area. But we were the only ones there so it was quick and clean
New cook. Food was horrible. Ordered a Patty melt with double hash browns. Onions in hash browns were burnt through and through... the hash browns. Patty melt sandwich was dry and only got one order of burnt hash browns after I paid for double. Wasted mymoney. Wouldn't recommend this waffle House to anyone. Read more
3rd waffle house I have been to and they have tuned me away. They are either not doing dine in or they are cleaning the... grill.....just close the door. Alot of other places out here are look for business. Read more
The Waffle House is always a safe bet. Open 24/7 a week. The food is alright, warm coffee, fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, toast,... hash browns, waffles, orange juice and much much more. Like I said is a safe bet to get you thru. The prices are extremelycompetitive. Another good thing is you can play music via the juke box right thru phone. Making the experience a bit morepleasant. The staff for the most part are friendly, helpful and attentive. Can't ask for more. Thanks Waffle House. Read more
There is a reason why Waffle House has a reputation. When we went in, we were ignored for about 10 minutes. Looking around, it... wasn't the safest looking crowd of ppl. I'm trying to be nice here. That's all I'm gonna say. I won't be back to this one unlessI'm packing. Read more
Customer service was terrible...I wasn't greeted as I walked in and I had to wait at least ten minutes just to place my order.... They weren't taking any call in orders because the phone was off the hook. Marilyn service her regular customer and not thecustomers that had been waiting already. My order was wrong I was given things I didn't order and half of the things I didorder. The kitchen was full of dirty dishes. Read more
Well..I have already eaten my food but it was delicious. I wish I would have to show you. I don't normally go to waffle house... but if I do I will if LIZ is working. She is very clean, changes her gloves when needed as she is preparing and cooking food andshe has great customer service. I don't know of other shifts but only speaking for when I have been. This is my 2nd visit tothis location and when I saw her through the windows I felt good knowing my food would be delicious and plated nicely. I don'tknow who her manager is but she needs gifts or a raise. The 1st time she was by herself and the relief was late. Not sure ifthey showed. Tonight was the same, her relief never showed while I was there so the person was very much late or was a no show.I know good help is hard to find so and nowadays help period is hard to find so it's important to take care of the employeesthat do show up. I don't know her personally but her work ethic is phenomenal. She cuts no corners and does it right each time.I would like to believe she delivers that at all times but if she doesn't for the times I have not been there, I am grateful sheis great when I have dropped in for food. I am particular about my food and where I choose to eat. As a female I observe thelittle things that matter to me.
