This Taco Bell restaurant is terrible. One of the line workers gave my order to the wrong person due to making the order... incorrectly from the start. Which caused the confusion. The employee was nice but you can tell he needed more training. Theyremade my order but took 30 plus minutes on top of the 15 previous mins of waiting. I?m very disappointed they did not apologizeor try to give me something small for the inconvenience. The DoorDash orders and Drive thru services seems to be morestructured. Please don?t dine in y?all. I don?t recommend the wait and risk of getting your order mixed up. Read more
I think I've only had a problem here once or twice of the many times I've come. The people are friendly enough and the food has... been of the expected quality. Generally I'm rating this by fast food standards and that would mean that in my case it's as goodas it gets. So slightly messing up one of ten orders is basically the best you can hope for. Contrast that to my experienceswith Mc Donalds where I'll be lucky if there isn't some crippling issue every single visit. Feels weird to praise anestablishment for being just good, but like I said, this is fast food we're talking about. So yeah, I'll be happy to keepcoming here. Read more

A female manager comes out and starts yelling at me for put trash in the trash ..yup????? Therefore I explain its labeled... trash..she says I don't care it ain't trash... well here we go. I'm gonna leave these pics for u all to fire her.. Read more
Update 11 months later and it is worse now. Charged $21.49 for twelve tacos that were missing meat. We ordered several types of... burritos and only received bean burritos. We were obviously charged the higher price. Spent $54.55 for our group and wastedmoney. You call and no one answers the phone. I've uploaded a picture of one taco. Open the bag and check it. I?ve given this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt too many times! Horrible Horrible Horrible! All the way around. This time... around I waited 15 min for 1 taco. the staff showed no sense of urgency or concern as everyone else was fed & walked out aroundme. Then when I acknowledged my patience & asked for a credit -as I anticipated this is when the unprofessional customerservice crept in. Stopped in to grab a quick lunch, it was pretty dead. Nobody was at the counter, I guess since they have the kiosk now that is... where you should be doing that, ordered a handful of things and wanted to pay cash so someone did come up to get that. Got ourfood pretty quickly, the food was good for fast food, they did have a pretty good vegetarian selection on the menu so impressedabout that. Read more
This Taco Bell is the WORST. We waited 15 minutes in line. Cold food, found THREE HAIRS in the food, and the employees were SO... very rude.
