Great and friendly customer service. Haven't been to Subway in years... and the sandwich was better than I remember. The bread... had a flaky crust but soft and fresh... just driving through Greenville but glad I picked this one for lunch! Ps I was served bythe younger gentleman with the wild blond hair. Read more
Was told I could only use my coupon for a Turkey sub or meatball. When I have been using my coupons with no problem. There are... exclusions at the bottom which I did not order one of the exclusions. Then to only have 2 people working during a promotionshows you really wasn?t trying to make sure your customers received the promotion. Shame on yall. Went back and got a sub anywayand my bread was all tore up. I mentioned this to the sandwich maker and she looked at me and ask what kinda meat. I let hermake the sun then ask to speak with management. I?m not gonna argue or cause a scene. The manager made sure I got a freshly madesun done the right way. Read more
The service was very poor. The sub was toasted so much my bread was hard as a brick to where I could not take a bite out of it... without hurting my mouth... wasn't impressed at all... especially by the young lady there... the Dr pepper soda machine wasmessed up and would spuirt soda down your arm as you tried to get some... all in all not a good experience, we love SubWay, just not this one, we want be back... Ordered 3 footlong subs. Got home only to discover that the bread was old and the ingredients tasted like they were in the... cooler for a long time. It was the worst tasting sandwich I have ever had. I called and spoke to the owner only to get anattitude. It you people are smart you'll stay clear of this place. Read more
Like many others, had an absolutely awful experience. Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been too. The lady working had to... have been new, at least I hope she was. Instead of asking what I wanted and what my boyfriend wanted seperately, she made ustell her our order on pieces, first meat, than size, bread, etc .. it was awkward. When she was making my CHICKEN sub a piece ofchicken fell into the steak, and she picked it up and put it back onto my sandwich... now with steak. Fun fact, I dont eatsteak. My boyfriend got a dirty look when he asked for his sandwich to be heated instead of toasted. She then dumped his meatoff of his sandwich and toasted just the meat... not at all what he requested. Just... awful... please do yourself a favor andgo to any other Subway. Read more
You can?t tell from the picture but I ordered American cheese AND mozzarella. Paid for it, but didn?t get it. Instead I get 1... slice of American cheese per sub. I even mentioned I added extra cheese in the special request field. Read more
The bun was smaller then it use to be but I actually liked the sub better.
