Great and friendly customer service. Haven't been to Subway in years... and the sandwich was better than I remember. The bread... had a flaky crust but soft and fresh... just driving through Greenville but glad I picked this one for lunch! Ps I was served bythe younger gentleman with the wild blond hair. Read more
Was told I could only use my coupon for a Turkey sub or meatball. When I have been using my coupons with no problem. There are... exclusions at the bottom which I did not order one of the exclusions. Then to only have 2 people working during a promotionshows you really wasn?t trying to make sure your customers received the promotion. Shame on yall. Went back and got a sub anywayand my bread was all tore up. I mentioned this to the sandwich maker and she looked at me and ask what kinda meat. The service was very poor. The sub was toasted so much my bread was hard as a brick to where I could not take a bite out of it... without hurting my mouth... wasn't impressed at all... especially by the young lady there... the Dr pepper soda machine wasmessed up and would spuirt soda down your arm as you tried to get some... all in all not a good experience, we love SubWay, just not this one, we want be back...
