First time I didn't leave a tip for my baristas. I came in around 10am, to a young lady with cute heart glasses was working on a... sticker printer. It seemed to have stopped. She didn't recognize me in any way, shape, or form, other than a quick glance. Shecontinued working on the machine for 3 minutes. Then she turned and asked what I would like--no apology for taking a moment orappreciation for me waiting. Then she went back to fixing the sticker machine. I couldn't tell why she had to make me wait, orit wasn't something she could pause 3 minutes earlier to take my order during. They are also obviously understaffed. This wouldhave been a 5 star review if she had said "Welcome, I'll be with you in just one moment" before turning back to the stickermachine or there had been enough people for someone else to cover the register while she fixed the sticker machine. Very poor service. After taking my order the baristas didn't even start on the coffee and instead decided to socialize with... other staff members who were seemingly off shift. When they finally completed my coffee they placed it on the counter and turnedtheir backs to me while continuing to socialize. I had to walk to the counter and ask if this was my latte or not. I've neverbeen so disappointed at a Starbucks. Even the coffee wasn't mixed right and all the sweetener was packed on the bottom of thecup. Read more

2 of the most useless humans I've ever experienced working in food service. Standing and talking (doing nothing) while I was... waiting for my mobile order. I really wish Starbucks had a competitor in the area. Their customer service gets worse every day. Read more

Decent, not great. Floors and tables are not kept clean very well. It's your run of the mill starbucks store basically. ... Additionally, unrestrained pets seem to be allowed. Are there not Federal rules about such? Many customers are not comfortablewith dogs without leashes. The Emerg. rooms often see the results of "wouldn't hurt a flea" type of dogs. Read more
