Overall, a decent Starbucks. The bathroom is totally falling apart and gross
I paid $3.51 for a small, black coffee here. Or maybe it was a medium but it looked like a small I get everywhere else.... Unfortunately, it was the only coffee shop in the mall that I could find. It tasted like Gasoline even after dumping a plethoraof cream and stevia in there to disguise the ACID. I haven't' been to Starbucks in a long time and it's even worse than Iremember! YUCK! They are way more expensive than other places and the coffee is absolutely disgusting!! How in the world do theystay in business, I'll never know! Read more
This is by far the best Starbucks I have been to and I?ve been to a lot. First off, the storefront was extremely clean and... everything was displayed well. But more importantly the service I received was better than any other Starbucks I?ve been toperiod. The team there today was smart, kind, and fun all of which is a great thing. My order was taken with ease and it wasdelivered to me very quickly. As for the taste it is always the same no matter which Starbucks I may go to, but the serviceisn?t always the same. These ladies today deserve more than just a pat on the back. I truly hope they are respected and takencare of from the leadership above. Went to this location when they opened at 11am. My iced coffee was made perfectly! The lady that took my order was very... friendly. There was a small line but it moved quickly. Drink was made in a reasonable time after ordering. There are a few spotsto sit and drink your coffee within this location and also throughout the mall! Great location in the mall as well. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. So I asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade, with light ice. A very simple drink, with 4... ingredients. At every past Starbucks I?ve been to that were out of dragonfruit pieces, they have mentioned it to me when Iordered it. Here, they gave me a drink without the pieces without mentioning it. It may not sound like a big deal, but when itcomes down to it, the dragonfruit pieces are the most expensive part of the drink, and it makes the drink less bitter. Also,it?s plain out kind of rude to not mention that. And also, my drink was in fact, not light ice. That too doesn?t sound like toobig of a deal. But it?s a very simple task to simply put less ice in a drink, especially for a barista. So when I got my drink,I received peepee colored liquid with more ice than there is in the North Pole in a Starbucks cup, which is probably meltingright now because I was more determined to write this comment than drink it. And yes, we did tell the staff about this. Thewoman who made the drink actually. She was quite rude and we left after telling her the mistakes that hopefully, she?ll fix assoon as possible. This is also partially our fault and also the person who took our orders fault. We should?ve just returned thedrink, and the person who took our order should?ve told us they were out of pieces, if she knew of course.
