Hate this location!! Terrible terrible service. I'm a loyal customer to starbucks and I'm at a different location every single... day depending on the area that I'm in. This starbucks is the only starbucks that I go to that fills my cup up every single timeI come 1/4 of the way, if even that, when I order a cappucino and the rest is foam. I've explained to the baristas several timesthat if I'm ordering a drink and paying over $7 for it the last thing I want is all foam in the cup. They always seem to make ajoke out of my complaint and know exactly who I am now when I pull up. The other day after receiving my drink I ended up havingto leave the drive thru and go straight into the store after telling them I wanted a wet cappacino. They gave me a cup with allfoam and syrup. It's was way too sweet to even drink! Management needs to get involved with this poor crew and starbucks hasdefinitely lost a loyal customer. 7 brew coffee treats their customers alot better and they give you what you ask for everytime. We ordered our drinks & food ahead of time & they were almost ready by the time we arrived. All bakery orders were delicious &... warm & the drinks were perfect. We will definitely be back tomorrow before we leave town. Read more
This location has had blonde espresso turned off in their mobile orders for months, and other stores in the area have it, so... there isn't a supply chain shortage. As a former Starbucks shift supervisor, I know this is an easy fix. The staff is all reallyfriendly and sweet though, and other than my espresso preference, my drink is perfect every time. I've never been served deadshots here, and they've never given me dairy milk by mistake. ???? Read more
I just came from the store and it was closed. I went there at 7 AM and today is Wednesday and it?s not a holiday. The app says... it that location is open and its hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Online it says that location?s hours are 5:30 AM to 9PM on Wednesdays. Google maps says that the hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Even the sign at the store says their hoursare 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Rode all the way to that location and it was closed. First off why are they close in themiddle of the week in the morning which is a prime time. And why do they not have updated store hours if they?re no longeropening on Wednesday mornings? Highly unprofessional. I have always went to that location around the same time or earlier andnever had a problem with it being closed before. Such a huge waste of time on the way to work. So as a warning to all of thecustomers the store must run on its own hours and may not be open. Read more
I love this Haywood road location. I have never had anything bad from there. My drink of choice is a venti White chocolate mocha... with whole milk and extra whip cream. Yum. Amazing people that work there. Keep up the great job!!! Read more
1st and last time at this location. I ordered a Venti Iced Chai and tried to get a breakfast wrap. The one I wanted was out of... stock so I decided on another one. It came out sooooo burnt. I immediately showed it to an employee that specified that itdefinitely needed to be remade and to go back to the guy that made it. He didn't even acknowledge me this time (he also rang meup for the order.) Another associate came up, who said that pretty much everything was sold out at that time. Meaning ALL of thebreakfast sandwiches, wraps, and bagels. Like what?! ???? I ended up getting a refund for just the bagel but I would've got mycoffee and breakfast elsewhere if I would've known that they were completely out and were going to burn the one thing that wasstill in stock. I never got an apology from the man who was literally right there the entire time and the person that gave methe refund showed no kind of emotion or empathy. Worst experience ever at a Starbucks!
