Hey Owner! Stop copying and pasting the same reply to every negative review for your store. These same issues date back months... ago and you're clearly not listening at all. Your employees are miserable, your service is slow and inaccurate, your storelooks ancient on the outside, and youre trying to save face by repeating the same "we're sorry if you would like to escalate.."actually do something about your Sonic or shut yourself down this is pathetic. Had several employees standing around, no other customers but didn't want to bring food to stall right outside the door. Never... said welcome to sonic, never offered their name and acted like we were bothering them. No thank you, no come back(which Iwon't). Food was ok but thank goodness I had straws and napkins in car. Read more

Just how slow is this Sonic you might ask? It's so slow that you could literally drive to the grocery store, purchase all the... ingredients for your order, drive home, prepare your own order, and enjoy it, all before you would receive your food at thisSonic. You probably would even have time to wash the dishes and head back to Sonic to order a dessert, that you then receive 17hours later. You might think with all this time, your food would be hot and your ice cream cold. You would think wrong, dearreader. I suppose you might want your order correct. Ha, you could want that, but you're not getting it. You'll get what theygive you. Unless you have the patience of a saint or just want to go ahead and order your dinner at 7am so it might be readythat evening, don't do it. Un less you like playing food roulette to see what you might get in your bag, don't do it. If youlike cold food and melted deserts, don't do it. Need to properly pay workers or do something about management, it is very poorly staffed. There were two cars in front of me at... the drive-thru, one was at the window. After about 30 minutes, guy at the window got out of his car and walked around thebuilding, I guess to get a hold of someone and ask what the hold up was, who knows how long he must have sat there. He returnedto his car 5 minutes later and finally got his food after another 20 minutes. The second car pulled up to the window and weproceeded to wait another half hour. At this point a few cars behind me have already driven off. I eventually gave up and droveaway as well. Read more

Terrible service. August 19 around 7:15pm. Took my girlfriend and my 3 little siblings there for some ice cream and tried to... place an order outside where the tables are. There were no other customers at the drive through or parking spaces at the time.We waited for 15 minutes after trying to place an order and no one answered. Everyone ?working? was inside just hanging outdoing whatever. Guess they must be blind too since they couldn?t see us out there patiently waiting. As we were leaving to gosomewhere else for ice cream, a guy popped his head out the drive through window and said his headset wasn?t working and thathe?s ready for the order now and laughing about it. I told him we were going somewhere else instead, he popped his head back outthe window and that was the end of the conversation. Take your family somewhere else for ice cream. Read more

I wish I could give it less stars. Wasted $40 Saturday night 8/13/22. I ordered two of the double burger grilled chz. Was given... two samwhiches barely cooked and the bread was never toasted like it should of been. The woman that took the order and gave usthe food was miserable or at least seemed that way and left several items out of the bag. Had to go back thru the drive thru andwait another 15 mins just to get the food I already paid for. I will never go back. Read more

Honestly if I could rate different times of the day I would.. but it still wouldn?t go above a 3. The machines are rarely... working. The speaker is rarely working (this seems to coincide with who is working and if they want to deal with it) that is ifthis location is actually open. My biggest issue is that management or whoever owns this location seems to not care. I waitedin the drive through for 10 minutes after being told to pull forward because they were having speaker issues (I heard himclearly so not sure what was actually working or not working) one person was in front of me while I waited to get to the windowonly to find out their ice cream machine wasn?t working. I actively avoid this location and now will not return. Read more
