Waited over 25 mins in the lobby for a gift card and value fries... location very busy not enough workers. Very slow front line... & drive thru. I'll pass this location up next time. Inside of the restaurant and the play area was clean. Read more

I'm lovin' it. First of all, my wife and I are generally not fans of McDonald's; however, we were nostalgically craving their... classic caramel sundae. And the service was so commendable that I felt compelled to praise it here. The cashier made eyecontact, smiled, asked us how we are doing, and wished us a great night. (Eureka! Long lost skills!). Perhaps it seems silly topoint out these fundamentals but you don't see that anymore in fast food except at Chick-fil-A. The sundae was 2/3 full so weasked politely if they could fill it up the rest of the way. The server smiled big, proceeded to fill it up to the brim, andwished us a good night. I'm lovin' it. Dear manager/owner, kudos for hiring and training such thoughtful and joyful employees.You should be proud of whomever was on the drive-thru shift on Saturday, Sept. 24th, at 6:30pm. Read more
Tried to go through the drive through. Sat for about 4 mins to place an order. Never got anyone through the speaker. Drove... around to check if it was even open. It was just employees playing on there phones. Around 10:40PM. Just went elsewhere. Read more
This McDonald's is 9 times out of 10 really on point with following their customer's instructions when it comes to how they want... their order done. Also this location is the friendliest hands down! Honestly I can't even complain about the freshness of thefood, I usually have fresh hot fries and nuggets, once in a while it's not.. but usually fresh. Read more
I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and a very small child's cone ice cream cone and when the kid handed it to me he... basically threw it into my hand almost smashing the cone and getting ice cream all over me and it was huge like an adult size.The character that gave me my food and The cone had earbuds in it was dancing around like he was on something. And then asked memultiple times if he gave me my food yet and then asked me if I was sure. I don't think that he should be working there. Againjust my opinion. The french fries in my order were horrible cold summer soggy somewhere hard as a brick my drink was only halffull when I got it the rest was foam. Needless to say this was not a good McDonald's experience for me. And also he made merepeat my order several times especially when I got to the ice cream cone. Maybe if he did not have earbuds in he could hear me. Read more
