If you have 3 hrs or more to waste go for it ! For how expensive the plates are you would think the costumer service would be... excellent . I went this Saturday with my three children I was seated quickly . My waitress came greeted us and said she would beback with chips and salsa. 45 minutes later not even a drink order taken and no one to be seen . I decided to walk out becausethat was just ridiculous . The restaurant was not full maybe three tables of families at most. I let the receptionist now butthey probably won't do nothing .I just went ahead and went to firehouse grill with a full house I was given 5 star costumerservice !!!! Read more

Pros:: Loved the whole setup of the restaurant ???? Hostess was very inviting. Huge selection of food and drinks! Adequate... portions on plates. Very nice outside seating area. Cons:: Our waitress did not speak english so it was hard to order exactlywhat I wanted. The menu is in spanish, only a few selections with english descriptions of food. Food was good, menus are in Spanish but the staff will help you but the staffs English is not strong . Pretty pricey for lunch.

To start off, we got told the wait time is 30 min when clearly there wasn?t any room for a big party. We had a party of 10. I... work in a restaurant so the appropriate time should have been an hour or an hour and a half. Well we waited 1.5 hours since mydad wanted to try it out and everyone said it was amazing. Then they said the kitchen was backed up which is understandable butmind you we already waited for an hour and a half. So we waited another 40 min for food. The food was terrible. Small portionswith non seafood items and everything was cold. The food had no flavor and I had asked for rice only but got both rice andbeans. My brother got chicken tenders and they were overcooked so we asked for new ones and they still were overcooked. Theserver was kind of rude to begin with and like showed up twice to see if we were okay. I had to go ask for the check and askedfor the itemized receipt we saw that the gratuity was already included, no where on the menu says that gratuity would already beincluded. What is the whole point to have an extensive menu when the kitchen can?t keep up. Never coming back to this place. Read more
