My family and I have been going to this Krispy Kreme for years and have never had a bad thing to say about it. However, I was... greeted with some of the worst customer service ever recently. The cash register at the drive thru wasn't working (my paymentwent though, I just couldn't get a receipt) which wouldn't be problem if the worker had not forcefully handed over my box ofdonuts, rudely said "Here you go.", then shut the window and walked away. I understand that working customer service can betedious and bothersome, but there is no need to have an attitude with innocent customers who are just trying to get donuts. Read more
I thought I would never say toooo much glaze on a donut but dang look at them. The didn't have over half of the donuts we... wanted, there door was locked, and all there exterior lights were off even the menu board light was off. I had to use my lighton Mt phone to order. Read more
Every time I go by this location they tell me they are either ?out of donuts? or they only have some random flavor left that no... one wants. I went by today and they said they only had pumpkin cake donuts. Pathetic! Are you not a donut shop? I guess I willdrive all the way to Pleasantburg. Do better Krispy Kreme! Read more
I would say this was the worst customer service I?ve ever had but there was really NO service at all! My husband and I went... today, 7/24 at 2:45pm to try the soft serve that has been so heavily advertised. We had to interrupt a conversation that wastaking place among 3 male employees at the counter. We were told the soft serve machine was down as they went back to theirconversation. My husband interrupted again to ask if there were any cinnamon rolls. He was told they were making some. They wentback to their conversation and just left us standing there waiting to place an order. I turned to my husband right in front ofthem and said I think they have no interest in waiting on us. I threw up my hands, shook my head and we left. Faye is amazing! My son and I came to Woodruff road location from easley cause my son had gotten a gift card A while back. 10:00 on a Sunday morning, there should be more variety than regular glazed and cinnamon roll. Not sure why the lobby is closed.... Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes. This location either needs to get it's $hit together or close the doors. Pretty sureI'm gonna email corporate. Read more
