10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. I am new to the area and decided to try somewhere new with my family. We waited 20 mins to receive 4... orders. The rice looked and tasted like it was the 5 min boil in the bag from Walmart. We spent $65 and I returned my order, thegirl tried to make it seem like I was incorrect but I POLITELY advised her AGAIN of what I said. I was refunded but the man whoI am assuming is the manager or whoever INSISTED that he watched me throw the food away like I would lie about not wanting toeat my dinner LOL. Read more

This lady humiliated me in front of all of her customers. Her credit card machine wasn't working correctly and causes me to... swipe multiple times. The machine took all of my money off my debit card and finally give me back what was owed to me. Thetransaction updated and charged me what I was supposed to be charged and she still says I did not pay because it's pending. Mostpeople with debit cards do understand that when you have a swipe it says pending because it's a possibility of the amount beingupdated. The money was out of my account I showed her and she still told me in front of everyone I did not pay as if I wastrying to get free food or stealing food. As a business owner she should know how debit cards work. Her customer service wasterrible. Read more
I have eaten here twice now and both times were great! I had the steak and scallops hibachi. The steak was tender and juicy! The... scallops were cooked perfectly and tasted so good! Their spring rolls are amazing. I was skeptical when I first walked in butthe food was absolutely delicious. I will be back again. If you have any hesitation, I would urge you to give it a try. I used to come here all the time and liked it a lot. I still go to the other Joy of Tokyo locations, which are consistently... good. I?m not sure why, but the quality here has really dropped off. This is such a Great place for a bite. One of their new lunch options is the Poke Bowl. You can get either raw tuna or raw... salmon or both, on a bed of your choice of rice. Then pick two vegetables and the also have ginger and wasabi in there. It willchanve your life forever. Read more
