Just don?t order delivery during lunch hours?.If placing an order around 12 noon expect your order to be out for delivery within... 30-35 minutes?. And then expect your delivery to take an additional 30-45 mins to arrive. Hopefully, you?ll finally eat lunch anhour and half after you initially placed your order?. Talk about freaky slow and you?ll eat between 1:30-1:45pm :( Read more

Simply put, their driver called to let us know they would be late and then never showed with the food. When we called to follow... up the first time, we were told it was dropped off and then they hung up on us. When we called right back, we were told it wasdelivered to someone in front of our house. Fast as usual but 2 things bother me about the visit. Staff was not wearing mask at all. Handling food without one is just... asking for a problem ,why bother with gloves then? The mens bathroom had no paper towels. I told the staff , not a one jump onit and no one other than me was eating there at the time. Read more

Five stars for the subs, one star for 'fast delivery'. Despite being less than a two minute drive away from the shop, it often... takes up to 20-25 minutes to get a few sandwiches delivered. We try and order close to lunchtime so we can eat when we have abreak, but it's impossible to know if our food will be here in 5 minutes or 30. I'd like to take them back up to 5 stars butuntil they can get their delivery working properly again I'm sticking with three. EDIT: Took another star for rude employees. My wife called to see where our sandwiches were (40 minutes after we ordered) and the woman she spoke with was rude andsnippy. Order was received at the store at 12:18 and it arrived at our house at 1:08. Fifty minutes to take a sandwich lessthan a mile. Unacceptable. I understand there might be staffing issues but that doesn't excuse being rude to your customers. Two of our last three orders have had issues - we're done for a while. Read more

I was walking by today(not a customer) and overheard a drive thru conversation that I found extremely unacceptable. The poor... customer had to deal with the rudest customer service i've ever heard in my life. First she asks the drive thru worker how shewas doing and was completely ignored, saying in a rude tone "what can I get you". The woman said okay and ordered. The girl inthe drive thru got it wrong and the woman said I'm sorry that's not right I wanted *sandwich combo* the drive thru repeated thesame thing in an even more ridiculous tone saying "*wrong sandwich* and we're going to take off the tomatoes for you." The womanagain apologized and said the correct sandwich and finally the drive thru girl got it right, but again repeated it in the mostrude tone I've ever heard. It was so bad that the customer apologized again saying, " I'm sorry, are you mad?" The drive thrugirl completely ignored the fact she was completely out of line and said "anything else". I was absolutely dumbfounded so muchso, I had to leave a review as a bystander. I would never support a company that allows employees to behave so disrespectfully.The owner and the employee definitely should be ashamed. Read more

Worst experience at a Jimmy John?s... I mobile order my order hoping it would be ready and it wasn?t. I wait patiently and the... lady in the front starts taking the orders and my sandwich was never made.. people were starting to get their sandwiches over mymobile order I had place. 35 min wait and I had to go back to work. I asked to get a refund and she stated she can?t do that bcshe is too busy making other sandwiches and that I will receive my money back days later. 4 employees and not one could assist.I know not to ever go again to the Augusta store location.
