I never really eat jersey mikes and we got a coupon in the mail & went. Walked in and no one said anything we are standing in... front of the counter for at least 3 minutes with 3 people behind the counter (two young men and and a young women) said not aword. Ordered our food and I wanted a roll up of turkey meat and cheese for my one year old and they tried to charge me 9dollars for it !!! I told them I didn?t even want it. Thats more than a sub!. Buyer beware! Thought I would call in a sub and pick it up to save a little time. On my first call I was put on hold for a... while, finally someone picked up and hung the phone up on me. Called back and placed my order for a number 8 club sub in a tub,Mike?s Way. It is my go to choice while doing low-carb and have done this many times at other Jersey Mike?s. Made the mistake ofdriving back home before I looked at it close. Meats which are usually cut up were left whole which is no big deal. They leftoff the bacon which is a bigger deal. They also had very little lettuce and other ingredients which, as the picture shows (if itposts), barely covered the bottom of the container! With the amount of money they are saving by keeping the sub roll andcharging the same price, you would think a little extra lettuce would be in order. Fortunately, I had lettuce at home andfinished preparing my sub without the bacon. Buyer beware, either walk in and watch it being prepared or check it close beforedriving off! Read more
Love the subs, but you have to watch the staff, else it is not built as requested. I should have realized when I asked for a "44... regular size" and 10 seconds later the young lady asked me the size again... Then I asked for no lettuce and extra onions,neither of which happened. I don't have time to wait for a recook of my order... My interest is to see that service is improvedso it is worth while to come back to this location, which I really want to do... Read more
