We enjoyed our Oxtails dinner, also had some curry chicken and stewed chicken. Everything was delicious down to the bones.... Portions are generous. We're so glad we stopped in after riding by a few times. The owner knows what he is doing. His passionand experience comes out in the flavor of the food. He was very welcoming. The dining area was clean and the staff werecourteous and attentive. We've already raved to our family members and will be back for sure. Read more

We were up in Greenville for the day visiting the Zoo and very surprised to find a restaurant serving up Jamaican food. The... restaurant itself is easy to find, just about 2 blocks off the main drag on the right. When you open the doors, you are hitwith some reggae songs and various smells of curry and coconut (one of my restaurant rules is if you can?t smell the food whenyou walk in, walk right back out). I have a big family and we ended up ordering a bit of everything, Jerk Chicken, Jerk Wings,Curry Chicken, Curry Goat, Beef Patty, and Plantains. The restaurant was very accommodating, and they moved tables together forour large family to sit down. Shortly the food came out, first the beef patties, then the Jerk and Curry Chicken, and finallythe wings and curried goat. My wife is from Ghana, and she was so happy to have goat meat! The food was freshly prepared, completely amazing with perfectly authentic flavors and spice. The jerk seasoning was just the right heat. The chicken wastender and not dried out and the goat was excellent. Many times, restaurants fail when it comes to rice. With my wife fromGhana, we eat rice a lot (not complaining ? I love rice!), and we were impressed with the rice they served. It wasn?t too firmor overcooked, and I am certain there was some sort of coconut oil used in it. Regardless, I imagine they have a big pot on thefire smack full of rice with a large wooden spoon that can just as easily be used to smack a misbehaving child as stirring. Theplantains rivaled my wife?s (don?t tell her ????) and one of our older sons devoured almost all of them and then sat in a cornerovercome by a food coma until it was time to leave. While we were eating, they brought out homemade lemonade to us and evensome beef patties with cheese that were wrapped in coco bread (which didn?t last long at all and have become a new favoritething). The owner was so nice and friendly, and you felt like this was a meal being eaten a friend?s Read more

We haven?t had Jamaican food since we moved from Florida almost 5 years ago and this restaurant blows away any I?ve ever had! So... glad we found this little spot. My husband had the Jerk Chicken and I had the Brown Stew Chicken. My mouth is drooling thinkingabout it. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Please take the time to visit and enjoy real, authentic Jamaican flavors! Youwon?t regret it! Can?t wait to go back and try some Oxtail!! Definitely one of my go-to restaurants in Greenville for amazingfood!! Read more

The best Jamaican food I?ve ever had hands down! I?m Dominican and live in Miami, currently traveling for work and was dying for... some good Caribbean food, and this definitely exceeded my expectations. The customer service is off the chain and superpersonable, I got the oxtails, of course and curry chicken and it was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! The Jamaican Pattie?s were super soft andfresh! I just absolutely love this place 15/10! Definitely try it out if you?re trying to get your taste buds fired up! Read more
