So we pull up to the drive thru THIS MORNING at 6:18am.... There were three cars in front of me each one pulled up to the... microphone to order and each one waited and waited then pulled around the building (I just thought that the extra wait was fromthem just opening and busy) but as it turns out I too was left waiting and NO ONE ever offered to take my order so when I drovearound to the window there was your employee standing RIGHT THERE at the window and very CLEARLY continued to IGNORE me !! So Imotioned her over to ask why myself and all the other cars in front of me were being ignored and she hollared thru the glass(still not even opening) to advise me they were NOT OPEN (6:20 NOW ) and I said why can't you at least tell us you weren't openinstead of just ####### leaving us out there waiting and tell someone ????? She VERY HATEFULLY SAID and I quote "we aren'tanswering because we are not open"...... Keep it mind the website says opens at 6:00am and now it's more than 20 minutes after!! And keep in mind there were 3 or 4 cars parked out in front of the store employees no doubt who were there and just had nointerest in taking care of customers !!! I will never again stop in this location and be treated like this !! It's a damn shamebecause some locations are really friendly and do what is needed to take care of customers but it's VERY CLEAR this location isnot one of those !! I would have talked to her manager this morning but once she was thru yelling at me she simply just walkedoff ??? I hope to hear from someone in upper management not at store level ! Everyone needs a job but If I were in charge ofthis location this one would be looking for another place to be rude in !!! Horrible customer service. No one available before 10pm, even though they don't close until 11pm. All employees are visibly... sitting in their vehicles on the premises, instead of doing their jobs. Read more
Hardee's has always been a staple for Good fresh food. I enjoyed my dining experience.

I work near this particular Hardee's but it's not on my way. I went through the drive thru this morning (Dec 5 2022) and sat in... line for 10 mins, when I made it to the order area no one ever spoke. I sat in silence for a couple of mins and then pulledaround to find a sign on the window that read "we're closed, sorry for the inconvenience". This is the 3rd time in the last 6-8weeks that this establishment has been closed in the morning. One morning there was an employee in the parking lot that wastelling people they were closed. I assume they are having staffing issues like the rest of the country but geez man, do betterHardee's. Read more
