Amazing customer service after attempting to order a white chocolate chia latte at the store on Pelham and having a really bad... experience on Pelham (they made me a chai latte, but refused to give me the white chocolate chai after saying it wasn?t a thing,and giving rude looks at me) I called this store on woodruff and I explained what happen and they offered to correct the orderfor me (I paid for the additional white chocolate syrup added, which I didn?t mind)! I was welcomed from the minute I walked inwith a smile, they immediately engaged in conversation with me and apologized for the prior store! They made me feel welcomedfrom the start and made my experience so much better! I think they did an amazing job handling this! Sierra and Sarge (soundedlike Sargent) were amazing! They deserve all the praise! As someone who use to work in customer service these two are a greatexample of amazing customer service! Read more

My issue is the service. I?m in the drive through. I waited 15 ish mins for my food which is whatever. I get that they?re busy.... The problem is when I walked in to get the order of hash browns they forgot to give me, they acted like they didn?t just walkout and hand me my food. I sat there for 5 mins without being acknowledged. I had to get in the line that had formed after I gotin there. Then it took like 10 mins to get my hash browns. *UPDATE* This location now has drive-thru and in-store option for pick up. They have hired more dependable employees or... something, because the last few times I've gone, including today the friendly service was still part of the visit but the lastfew visits have been very reasonable time.
