Man this place has changed since it first opened I guess once it got popular they?ve gone down in quality and service. Tonight I... called in a pick up order I decided to go in to get it since it usually takes forever to pick up in the drive through. They werebusy but they only had one register open even through there was plenty of workers standing around not doing anything. We love Cucho?s! I get the veggie bowl every time because it?s so good. My husband got the chicken quesadilla and Korean taco.... Both were great. Solid and authentic flavorful Mexican fare. Food: The fish tacos took me back to my fav from San Diego. The quesa barilla was... delicious but took a while to make. The street corn had the perfect balance of charred sweetness and salty and spicycheese. Salsa bar: the different salsas were a perfect compliment to the tacos. I suggest taste, then mix and combine flavors tosuit your taste. The location of the salsa bar is awkward and kind of crowded over 2 tables, but appropriate for thespace.
