UPDATE: The bottom is my original post made nearly a year ago when I LOVED Crumbl! Sadly, their quality and customer service... has faltered in my recent visits. My last two ?served warm? cookies didn?t even begin to melt the frostings!!! The cold ones arenearly frozen and haven?t much flavor. Oh, you better figure out what you want before you approach the counter if you get thewrong person. One of the ladies was very rude two times in a row! Whoa? once and I thought it was a bad day, twice - nope,she?s just rude!!! Take your chance on the over priced cookies served by rude people. Nah, I?m done. The cookies are huge andhave almost cake like structure. They are full of flavor and served deliciously warm! The ability to order for curbsidedelivery is nice but ordering inside is simple, too! The weekly changing menu is simple and I love having milk as an option.Cookies seem costly but they are gigantic!! Despite being located on Woodruff it seemed easy to get in and out of theirlocation. This store is clean, bright and open..you can see all of the bakers hard at work as you wait for your cookies. This was my first... time here, and it was a holiday weekend, so the store was crazy packed. I almost didn't go in because of the view of the crowd Isaw through the window, but this store is run like a well-oiled machine! I was in and out with my cookies in no time! Onlynegative thing I have to say is that the cookies are so good, and there is so much hype around this place that many of thecookies sell out fast and even if they are making more, they don't allow you to order them again until they are baked and readyto sell. Cookies are amazing, and they come out fresh from the oven all warm and delicious. If you haven't tried them out, you should go... now. They offer 6 different pretty big cookies each day, and I need to go back to try some more. Read more
Very cool cookie store/bakery. The interior of the store is super modern, bright, and open. They have kiosk so you can order... yourself or you can wait in line for the register. Cookies are fairly expensive but they are huge. 1 cookie is enough to sharebetween 2 adults. I would definitely recommend going to try this place out. Read more
My new favorite cookie place! I love crumbl cookies and go all the time. The weekly flavors always keep things interesting. The... interior is modern and the staff is friendly. There are kiosks to make ordering in store easier. Very great place, wouldrecommend, just make sure you don't get caught during super busy times. Edit: I highly recommend getting the mobile app to checkthe weekly flavors or looking online to see beforehand. While new flavors each week can be exciting just make sure you like thembefore you go. They haven?t been doing mobile ordering for a while but I still find the app helpful for checking the flavors andthe rewards points etc. Read more
