This review is more about Cook Out as a whole, not this particular store. The food is good and I've always enjoyed the food. ... My problem lies with the portions and the pricing. As with the country, they have recently raised their prices. Normally a bigdouble tray with a drink was around $6 +/-. Now its over $9. The "Big" Double is hardly. I compared it to McDonalds DoubleCheese burger and its twice the cost and smaller. If you request "Cook Out Style" for your burger, they tack on an extra dollarwhere before it was free. Not only that, I visited this restaurant in particular three times and all three times ordered thesame thing. The pricing for each visit was $8.52, $8.60 and $9.16. I sent an email to corporate about all this and all I got inresponse was, "We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was less than satisfying. We will get thisexperience filed." Second time coming out here and definitely had a better experience than the first time. I came at a good time and the dining... room was still open so I popped in and was second in line. The ordering process was cool and the cashier was very nice. The foodcame out okay! Overall good experience!! Read more
Okay... my first time after driving by for 4 years. I orders 3 trays to take home to guests at the drive through. The shakes... were thick and damn good! Excellent straws to support the required sucking! Now my burger trays was spot on. Hot fries andhush puppies. Mom asked for a plain burger. Also with fries and hush puppies. Her burger had the works. My nephew also got afull burger tray though he enjoyed a corndog instead of hush puppies. Unfortunately he wanted cheese only. Overall, the foodwas good, we just didn't get it like I ordered it, even though the ticket was correct! As Joe Peschi says... they f&^% you atthe drive through. First time to visit, the dinner room was clean and well maintained. The menu took a bit to digest, many items were appealing, I... chose a spicy chicken sandwich, the bun was soft and delicious. The chicken was properly cooked and the lettuce was fresh &crisp, the tomato slices were nicely cut. The onion rings were cooked correctly, just right. A definite return is in order, thestaff was polite and friendly. The tea was spot on cool and very satisfying. I must say the prices were family friendly. Solid experience every time I go here. Except this one time where it was another customer, not the employees. They have gone up... $1.25 on cook out trays in recent months, but inflation is a thing, so, you know. Overall, the food is good here and theenvironment is unique so that's cool. probably my favorite fast food place around. Read more
I ordered a big double hamburger with corn dog and cheese curds I get my burger and look in it the meat was tore into 2 pieces... the meat didn?t even cover the bread I put them together to verify that it was torn and it fit together perfect and covered thebread I also have pictures .When I asked the worker he said that is how big the meat is I said dude I know what it a patty lookslike he just stared at me Read more

Great staff at this location. Drive through personnel were quick and friendly. Wasn?t the best Cookout food I have had though.... Corn dogs where a little over cooked and starting to burn on the end but still tasted fine. Great location on Woodruff road. Read more
