This place used to be great but it's like as soon as the remodel happened it went downhill. The service has gotten horrible, the... wait time exceeds any other location, they forget to give you several items, and the quality of the food has gotten horrible. Ilove Chick-fil-A but I wish that this location would match the other ones in service. Read more
I waited over an hour in the curb side pick up parking spot. Safe to say I will NEVER try curbside pick up again. Would rather... wait 30 minutes in the drive through then what I?ve just experienced. Ridiculous! Read more
I was told that my gift card worked and I only owed a dollar but the next counter I owed 20. I was charged for an extra sandwich... also. But don't try to call and complain cause they will send you to voicemail. Read more

While I don?t visit this store as frequently as Pelham Road, Greer or Taylor?s locations I can say it has almost always been a... let down. From cold chicken, lack of sauces, to incorrect orders. Having everyone so immersed in the drive thru process makes itnearly impossible to go back for a simple correction. For example, this receipt clearly says ketchup and Polynesian. The dining room is closed right now but you can walk in and order. The drive thru was crazy busy. We ordered breakfast and... everything was good. They can accomodate food allergies as well which is helpful. Read more
