If this was a Chik Fil A in G-ville ... well, it was my first time at this location.. and it was the slowest of all Chik places... I've ordered from. There was only 1 person taking orders outside. And, with a ton of people in the kitchen, it took another 2-3minutes to check the order for 3 at the pick-up window. Just sayin' this spot could do better viz. other Chik spots, deliverywise. Rough day for Chik-Fil-A. I usually don?t post but it was that bad! Bottom Line - if you?re in a rush and need a fast food... breakfast - DO NOT COME HERE! Great food but the wait was just over 15 minutes after I ordered. Standards are high forChik-Fil-A but this one was well below the minimum standards. Multiple team members walking around not knowing how to help outor pitch in. One team member rolling in late and discussing his excuse in front of customers. In the past 3 months I?ve visited here at the Haywood location probably about once a month and every time I go, my food and... families food, is over cooked or looks like it?s been sitting. They get it to you fast but it?s not good. Burnt chickennuggets, fries that are over cooked or old and the grilled nuggets I order for myself over cooked as well. Read more

Ordered take-out. Arrived at the restaurant and it took them 5-10mins to get my food ready. The girl who handed my food thanked... me for my patience. With the drive-thru at this location being so congested the parking to go inside can get to be a littletricky. Chicken-minis and hashbrowns were good. Prices were fair for the food selection. Inside the store also seemed a littlechaotic. I?ve been to many chick-fil-a?s and I know they can get busy but it just didn?t seem like the flow here was as good asit could have been. Read more
Ohhh to dine-in at Chick-fil-A again! It was a beautiful experience, clean and quiet. My family and I pretty much had the place... to ourselves. They all wore their masks and kept their distance. The food was amazing as always. Not to mention that white gloveservice we all expect, and love about this Christian establishment. They did not disappoint! Probably one of the worst Chick-fil-A ?s I?ve ever been too. My kids and I decided to dine in today. Stood in line; up front for... 10 mins before anyone really wanted to take my order, meanwhile one of the cashiers behind the counter? could telll he was veryfrustrated , literally said out loud he just wanted to go home? (as k stood there waiting to be talked to, I could here him) Heand many others there had the worst attitudes. I ordered and sat down with my kids, we got our food and my order was wrong , Iwent back up to the counter and showed them the receipt. He took the sandwich that was wrong back, (didn?t throw it away) I?mpretty sure they resold it which is very unsanitary. He tried to give me my order and AGAIN it was wrong and I said ? this isnot what I ordered? . I finally got my order.. I just really left unsettled. Just really bad attitudes , lines out the door andpeople that are really not hospitable. I?ve never had such a terrible experience at Chick-fil-A or seen one run that way. Read more
