I went there tonight and never I had experienced such a bad customer service from Chick-fil-A. They?ve been the best so far no... matter which location I go. This is first time this location massed up my whole order. We waited 40 minutes for an order of 18 sandwiches and 18 medium fries. At the 25 minute mark I asked a manager if our order was... almost ready and received a snarky, "it's gonna be a bit". I told her that it had already been 25 minutes. She completelyignored me. I heard her go and ask where they were with the 18 sandwich order and she was told that they hadn't even started it.If I hadn't asked, who knows how much longer, beyond the 40 minutes, we would have waited . All of this, while we watched themserve over 20-30 meals to people in line. I've never had an experience like this with any other Chick-fil-A. I love this location! It?s so close to me and they are always so nice. However, today I grabbed some lunch and didn?t notice... until I got home that my fries were filled only halfway. I checked the bottom of the bag just to make sure they hadn?t justfallen out. I?ve never had something like this happen at this location. Food good as usual but the employees taking the orders need to kearn how to spell or ask how to spell a customer's name.
I come to this particular chick-fil-a a lot because it?s convenient on my commute to work, but it?s horrible! I?ve had so many ... bad experiences. Yesterday topped it. The thinnest piece of chicken on a biscuit. False advertisement. The cashier was so dense, which I normally have patience for... but she was being slow and couldnt figure out how to ring up my order. Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in well over a year. Went inside and they took my order right away. Employees were friendly as usual... and it was very clean. Had the nuggets and they're the same as I remember. Fries were a little soft and could have been cookeda little longer. All in all a good experience and would probably return again. Read more
Always loved this location because it?s convenient and on the way before we get on 85 and go about our day? unfortunately if you... plan to come here for lunch break, you better plan on taking longer than an hour cause it takes forever to get through the line.The traffic backs up to the street, food runners are everywhere throughout the line handing bags to customers who ordered afterothers.
