I understand everybody is shorthanded and I totally respect everyone there who showed up for work. But if you don?t have enough... people to run the front counter lock the doors and just do drive through. Stood there for 20 minutes to wait on two whopperjuniors to go. They cared more about the drive-through than they did ones that were standing there waiting for food inside.Again if you don?t have the employees just do drive-through. And one more thing have your employees pull their pants up are youkidding me. You have to be towed to tell your employees to pull their pants up. No respect for your customers at all will not beback. Horrific drive through service. Understaffed likely and the staff they do have are highly challenged with the ability to do the... job. Kitchen folk are probably fine but they need a more competent employee interfacing with public. Been a problem with thewoodruff road BK for a while now. Read more
It's decent. The food taste good but the customer service sucks. Sometimes you will ask for a double burger and they will give... you a single. Go here if you really want to. I would recommend the "Bacon Double Stacker King" if you do want to go there. Read more
