Having been broke and a Monday it was great Bojangles advertised a free steak biscuit when getting their app. Ordered it and... sat curbside for 35 mins. Asked about my order and they said I never had one. My history showed the order but I neverreceived any food and headed back to work hungry. Free is too good to be true sometimes. After placing my order at the drive thru, I had to return 2 additional times to finally get my order correct. THEN the manager... told me to leave before he comes out and commits an " act of violence" on me. I am a 61 year old handicap man. This restaurantis hostile and vile. Their district manager claims that it's hard to get help let alone decent help. Please be careful goingthere. They don't care. Read more
Food is good don't order online cause they put in everything you ordered. I guess asking for silverware is to much if you have... sides. So disappointing when you ask for two half gallon tea and one. Not sure if actually reading the ticket was to much. Read more
I ordered a supreme combo with fries. I was charged for a medium fry. I asked the cashier why I was charged 0.50 for a medium... fry. Fries or any other side comes free with a supreme combo. They said they bo size every supreme combo now. That?s news to me.I asked for a refund for the fries. They gave me a small water. She refused to refund me, but her explanation as to why madeabsolutely no sense. This is despicable service. Said medium seasoned fries also had absolutely no seasoning. Now, I haven't had any issues with undercooked chicken like a lot of these other reviews, but the service is just awful. We have... kept coming back here because it's the closest to the house, but after seeing all these reviews about undercooked chicken, we'regoing to drive an extra 15 minutes out of the way to get proper service and edible food. We have made a habit out of checkingour order because it has never failed that something has been missing, or just straight up wrong. The service is never great, oreven good. The line is always wrapped around the building and takes over 20 minutes to get to the ordering station. The frontdoors are always locked, so going inside is not an option. Went through the drive through on a Sunday afternoon. Wait time was reasonable for ordering and receiving our food. Staff was... pleasant. The chicken supremes have significantly gone down in size as you can seen in the picture. The tenders are very smallbut still have a good taste. Fries were cooked perfectly and were seasoned very well. One other negative is that unfortunatelyBojangles?s has retired the Bo Sauce! Overall this location was a good spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Read more
drive tru line was quick and the chicken was juicy! No complaints
LovED their biscuits...but tonight our 6 biscuits weren't more than a 1/2 inch high! HARD.
