Waited 15mins for my order, it was barely warm when I received it, asked for new food and waited an additional 20mins for the... replacement. Not one person apologized for the wait or the first lukewarm round of food. I ordered 4 items through drive thru, was asked to pull over to receive my order and receipt. I received 3 items, no receipt and... was told they would bring the last item out. I waited another 30 minutes before I went inside. As you can imagine, my first 3items were cold. I then received my missing item with 2 items I didn't order as a courtesy, also cold. I am not sure where theball was dropped, however, this was a horrible experience. I never received my receipt. Read more
Arby's is Arby's. You pretty much know what you're getting. I am giving this location 5 stars because I eat here often and have... never had a bad experience. The restaurant is always clean, the food always comes out quickly, and the service is always good. Read more
I came on not long after opening and the place was empty. I got the 2/$6 Beef n cheddar, some curly fies and the Mint Chocolate... Andes shake. Everything was totally fresh and delicious. The employees were great and the place was very clean. Excellentexperience! Read more
Clean, upbeat atmosphere. Perfect for fun causal family dinning. Recently renovated for a modern sleek vibe. There is a 10... person table available for larger crowds. I always enjoy the #11 which is the Turkey & Swiss Market Fresh. Thick yet soft wheattype or grain type of bread with thinly sliced turkey and flavorful swiss cheese with crisp lettuce, tomato, mayo & spicymustard. My Husband got the corn beef sandwich. You are now able to serve yourself at the fountain drink station, along withhelping yourself to napkins, straws, and drink lids. Ketchup and Arby's signature sauces are available upon customer request.The Customer Satisfaction bell has also returned! Really missed that! Read more
