Terrible experience at this location. We ordered to-go food that said it would be ready within 30minutes. Arrived to the... restaurant to pickup at designated time and had to wait an additional 20mins. There is no where to stand or sit while waiting soyou just have to stand in this tiny section at the back where the staff is going in and out of the kitchen. Several staffmembers asked if we had been helped and we told them we were waiting on a pickup order. They would say they were going to checkbut never came back to give an update. One waitress finally said they were ?bagging? the food but it still didn?t come out ofthe kitchen. When we finally got the bag it was not even the correct order. We were missing an entire entree and the salads inthe bag had no dressing. We asked for the manager and someone from the kitchen came out and said he would make the other entree.After waiting even longer and our other food getting cold we asked for a refund. The manager tried to give us a voucher orsomething but we just wanted a refund at that point. We got the refund and gave them back the bag of food and left. The insideof the restaurant was also hot and dirty. There were tables not clean and the bar and kitchen were filthy. I would definitelynot recommend this place. Read more
My son picked up an online order that I had placed. When I went to get the food out, my spinach artichoke dip was missing. I... called the restaurant to let them know and for whatever reason, they were unable to refund my money for that item. The options:1) Have my son drive back to Applebee's to get it; 2) receive a complimentary spinach dip [has to be redeemed] within 15 days;3) receive a gift card in the mail for the item [which also has to be redeemed within a specified time period]. Before you ask,why didn't he check the bag, let me tell you. When he picked up the order, the young lady named Alyssa attempted to check thebag, but there was another young lady in the background who prevented her from doing so. Apparently, the lady (name unknown) hadchecked the bag several times. Well, obviously not since my dip was missing. My major problem here is that although they messedup my order, the only resolutions that they could come up with is to require me, the customer, to either spend more time ormoney to get the item that I already paid for. If this were a one-off experience, I would have just let it ride, but my last fewvisits to Applebee's have been sub-par. Thank you, Alyssa, for at least attempting to check my bag; it is appreciated. You,ma'am, should be the standard of customer service. Also, the manager with whom I spoke was very pleasant; my issue isn't withthe staff; just the practice itself. Read more

I am not a fan of Applebee's, I have had more bad experiences than good in the 20 years I've been dining there. However... This... particular restaurant is the best one I've been to. We ate here at 9pm on a Sunday and had no trouble being seated quickly. Therestaurant was clean and well staffed. Our server Jacob was friendly, courteous and kind. Didn't have to wait long for our food,and it was cooked to perfection. Applebee's is a cheap date night with no frills. If you are in the area and you're hungry on abudget, look no further. Read more
This is the absolute worst Applebee's I've ever been inside. Backstory... we are here for a death in the family and got into... town late in the evening, saw family, then came to get food and go to the hotel. After stopping at several places (choices arelimited as its almost 11pm) we decide to go here. The bathroom has standing water all over the floor. We (kids and I) literallycouldn't even use the restroom and didn't even feel comfortable washing our hands. Food finally comes out and it's horrible. Mychicken was burnt so bad it wasn't even edible and was still charged for it. Read more

We ate here this past Sunday and had a great experience! Ashleigh S. was our server and we couldn?t have asked for a better one!... She was incredibly attentive, kind and did a phenomenal job getting us everything we needed in a timely manner. We had such agreat experience with her! The food was also really good! Everything came out hot and fresh and was cooked perfectly. Lookingforward to our next visit! Read more
