What a surprise! We had to spend a couple days in the area and found this local BBQ restaurant. We love BBQ and visit every... local one we find when out of town. I had surgery so my wife had to get takeout. She got the pork cornbread bowl and raved aboutit. I got the brisket sandwich. Let me tell ya, when you order brisket at any restaurant, this is what you hope to get! Not toofatty, but juicy and cooked to perfection! I can't remember the last time I had brisket this good.
