Decent food and portions but very poor service! Waited 20 min longer than promised and missing items from the order. I was... ignored by multiple employees when I tried to address someone about the missing items. I made eye contact and waved at 5different employees no one came to see if we needed anything. I called the store on my cell to ask for assistance!Unbelievable!! Are used to be a food service worker and normally don?t leave bad comments but this was the worst experience I?veever had at a restaurant the first time I?ve ever not left a tip! Read more
Just a NO! Not busy Saturday afternoon. Got our pretzels appetizer fast, it was yummy! Fresh and hot! Didn?t get ONE drink... refill. Waited 50 minutes for our meal. Fish and fries (both cold). Philly chicken sandwich, tasty but fries were fries wereburnt. Waitress didn?t check on us once. No drinks or napkins. Not recommending! Read more
Thought I loved to eat here? Five of us went this evening for Father's day and waited forever for our food!!!! The tenderloin... sandwich that my fiance ordered was over done and he never did receive his coleslaw he ordered and paid for. My burger was greatbut hefty price for just chips served with it. Two others ordered chicken tenders that were very small! Our waitress was nice.We all may not return, there are many other places to eat. Read more
This place has really good food & the servers were really good too. My nephew got the Beachcomber Chicken Sandwich & my brother... got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I wasn't very hungry, since we had a great lunch earlier in Indiana, so I asked the servers(yes servers, there were 2) if I could order from the Children's section of the menu & they said yes, so I ordered the GrilledCheese sandwich with Swiss cheese & she said I got one side, so I chose Fries. Everyone's food was great & then she brought ourbills !!! Mine should of been $3.99 plus tax since I was told I could order from the Children's Menu. Instead it was like $11.81with 20% tip (if that's what I chose to leave) & I when I asked why my bill was $11.81 instead of $3.99 + tax she said "they"went ahead & charged you for an adult size portion Grilled Cheese & Fries!!!!!! I said wait a minute, I said I wasn't veryhungry & I wouldn't of ordered this had I known this was going to happen. I got a runaround so I went ahead & paid it. Then wegot to talking & when I looked at my bill, I was charged $7.99 for a Grilled Cheese & $1.29 for Fries. I then asked to speak tothe manager!!! She came to the table & tried to defend the price & I said look, I asked the servers if I could order from theChildren's Menu & they said yes!!! They didn't say yes, but we're going to charge you for adult prices (I didn't even see aGrilled Cheese sandwich listed anywhere except on the Children's menu) or I wouldn't of ordered it, because I wasn't reallyhungry. I would keep visiting this place for the fried zucchini and ranch dip alone! Hubby said it?s the best tenderloin he?s ever... eaten. Everything we?ve tried has been delicious. The staff are polite and the restaurant looks clean. Definitelyrecommend! UPDATE 10/8/19: get the Fettucine Alfredo and substitute the chicken with their shrimp!! ???? Our server was better then the food. Ordered Garlic Parmesan aolia fries and the chicken strip lunch with coleslaw. None of... it was worth the $. The cheese was to hard on the fries (so that was peeled off) Coleslaw was to creamy with long strands ofcarrots and the chicken strips was bite size. Only ate 1 of 4. Read more
