I was spoke to rude by an employee- not sure if manager or not- but after this person was rude, I had waited over 20 minutes to... pick up order that when I first got there they said it was about ready. After 15 minutes waiting I asked how much longer- Iwas then told they just started making the order. Then 5 minutes later I asked how much longer and this rude employee thenconfronted me/ and said the girl I was asking was a ?child?. Kept making excuses because their employees are children. I thensaid she was no child- he says she was in high school. If she is working and has taxes taken out f her check/ she is no childin my book, but my issue was not with her it was with this rude older boy that was you ser than me, and I?m not sure what hisexcuse was for his rude behavior but he flat out told me he was not apologizing to me and he did not care. This order was onthe screen 28 minutes before it was handed to me and the child then pushed it to me on the counter rudely, as if she wasjustified in being rude because he defended her. I have NEVER been in a place if business that was this unprofessional beforein my 41 years in this earth. Apparently this store does not care about customers at all. I was never rude, simply asked whyI was lied to when I first arrived and asked how many more minutes as my feet and back were killing me after standing waitingfor over 20 minutes. I then asked if they could bring it to my car when it was ready- that?s when this rude boy started at me-never did I speak or see him prior to this. This is the most rude behavior I have had in my whole life from a business. Ohand I was picking up an order for door dash- which is supposed to be a quick delivery for the customer, but over 20 orders wereplaced and given out while I waited on this one order. After going to this location tonight and having to practically beg the cashier to take our order, only to be told to hold on a... minute while she left us to help someone else we won?t be going back. There were plenty of employees there, yet only talking toeach other while looking at us and turning their backs. This Zaxby?s store dug through my food to take out the bacon bits I said to exclude from my zalad, but they left some pieces. I... took a bite of my food and picked up the second scoop and found hair in my food. I am already sick from whatever is currentlygoing around RSV or whatever but to find hair in my food made me sicker. I spoke the the manager, then asked to speak with thegeneral manager, and they both apologized and told me to contact door dash for a refund. Said he was going to tell the workersto wear hair nets. Im like sherlock isnt that supposed to be happening anyways. Needless to say, I now have to figure out a wayto contact the owner of this zaxbys. & if I cannot get to the owner I am going to the BBB or somebody because I am ultimatelyand thoroughly disgusted.
