I've been to this location several times mostly as a dasher and I don't know their system but the wait is ridiculous. The... workers do not great you or even acknowledge you.. You would think they have to go catch the chickens as long as they take. Acustomer could be standing for 20 minutes and their order is waiting on the shelf. Obviously they have no communication skills.This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. Be prepared to wait triple the time it should take to recieve your order anddon't expect tasty wings. There are way better options in the area. I ordered for myself for the first time tonight. The wingswere poorly sauced/seasoned and was not at all worth it. I will not be going back. Read more
Ordered $ 38 worth of food and drinks didn't receive drink door dasher said no drinks was giving, Wing Stop employee said... doordasher refused to accept drinks. Who's not being truthful 2 drinks that cost almost $8 and you tell it can't be refunded. Read more
The fries were pretty good, especially with the ranch???????? The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was was decent with the ranch.... But the wait was a bit long. So overall the experience was a 8 out of 10???? Read more
They didn?t give us a x10 count of wings. When we called to see if we could get a refund or have them remake the wings the... manager said ?I personally put all of the wings into the bag, they should all be there.? How is a manager of a store going tostraight up lie about how many wings were put into the bag? Instead of doing what a good manager should and just remake thewings he told us to wait a second and hung the phone up. We?ve been loyal customers for a little over a year now. Last Friday, we placed an online order at 7:13pm. The confirmation said... 10-15 minutes. No problem. It takes me about 20 minutes to drive there from my house. I get there and tell them that I?m thereto pick up. The gentleman at the counter then told me that it?s not ready yet. Ok, no worries, I can wait. As the orders keptgetting filled, one of the staff members keeps putting them on the shelf at the pick-up window. He?s calling out names, but onlyfor some of the orders. Next thing I know, it?s 8pm, and my order hasn?t been called yet. I went up to the counter and asked theguy that greeted me when I first walked in if my order is ready yet, since it was placed over 45 minutes ago. He looks at theshelf, and my order was sitting there the whole time, getting cold. It was one of the orders for which the other worker didn?tcall out a name for. I grabbed the bag, and everything inside it was cold. The wings, the fries, and the Cajun corn. I went backinside and presented the issue to the worker who was putting the completed orders on the shelf. I politely told him that thefood was cold. He became argumentative, and swore that he called out my name for the order when it was ready. This is false, asI watched him put that bag on the shelf without saying a word. He began to tell me that he is the manager, and that it is hisjob to call out names when orders are complete. That?s all good and well. Perhaps do your job next time? This manager refused toremake the order or offer a refund. I left the restaurant with a bag of cold wings. This is a great place for wings, if you know how to order them. If you get boneless...order them well done...otherwise they are... almost always a bit pink in the middle and will prob make you sick. My rating is based off the amount of times me and my friendshave been there and gotten sick (1 out of every 5 times). The food is great, the Cajun corn cobb pieces are delicious andsomething other places don?t have. The lemon pepper and Hot flavors are my favorite. Read more
The picture speaks for its self but what the heck is this? This is not the first time I have ordered veggie sticks, but it will... be the last. Do better wing stop. Update. Not only are the veggie sticks a disgrace my chicken had feathers sticking out invarious places. Now I see why this location has a 90 for a sanitation grade. This is just ridiculous.
