I was very displease with my service???? I order the All Star plate. First they got my order wrong, but what really upset me... was how I received it. First they bought my Waffle. About 5 minutes later can my Eggs plate which was wrong. So I eat my Wafflewaiting. Then they bought my Eggs plate but I had to wait about 5 more minutes until they brought my Bacon. By time I got all myfood. My meal was COLD. I was expecting it to come all at one time to eat together. PLUS my waitess was very RUDE and UNPLEASENTnot just with me with other paying customer too. On the last morning of our 9 day trip we found ourselves in Greenville, North Carolina looking for breakfast. We started off in... Louisiana and after 1200 miles and seeing countless Waffle Houses during our journey through Southern Americana, the starsaligned and there was a Waffle House across from our hotel. The house was jammed packed on a Saturday morning, we sat ourselvesand shortly after Jeanette greeted us and took our order. She was also kind enough to humor our humorous group. I had the fullexperience and ordered the All Star Special, everything was a 10/10. On the way out a local patron helped us with the door andblessed us and wished us a safe journey. Food was good. Prices are a little high when you order online. $2.19 for online order service fee and another $2.19 for online... service utensils. Also auto added a 20% tip coming to over $4. I changed it to zero considering the fact that I am not beingserved by a waiter or waitress and I went to pick it up. Was not delivered so why should I tip someone $4 for working in a drivethru. I wouldn't do that at McDonald's or bojangles. Other then that the food was fine. I would suggest eating in though, itwill save you $5-10 dollars in additional fees. Read more
