We came in after 9:00pm on a Saturday after having no luck getting service at other uptown restaurants. Within seconds of... sitting at the bar, we were warmly greeted, given waters, and had our drink orders put in. The staff was beyond welcoming andthe bar area was clean-incredibly clean by 5th street standards. The food was fine, nothing really to write home about, but thisis very clearly a college bar and that is to be expected. We were blown away by how great the entire front of house team was.The people working there care and we felt valued. Really, a stand out experience from two old alumni that were really excited tohave a drink out without our baby for a few hours! Read more

Actually a very good Cajun place. Didn't expect this in Greenville. Kind of a bar atmosphere, but with stellar food. The... Cajun pasta was really good (the chicken and the shrimp) and the cheese steak po' boy was very good. Not a lot of vegetarianoptions, but the ones they have are actually really good (according to my vegetarian friend). Read more

Besides the Hour wait for our food to come out, the Dry Rub BBQ Chicken Breast was extremely over cooked to the point the... outside had a slight char and the inside was tough and dry. The rice, asparagus, and white sauce that accompanied it weredelicious. The slow time it took to come out can only to attributed to the kitchen and not the servers. Read more

Food was absolutely delicious! However not blaming anyone but it took awhile to receive our drinks. Would rate 4.5 if I could.

I wasn't a fan of the menu. I ordered soup and salad (gumbo and a Caesar salad), and roasted potatoes. The potatoes were... alright. They needed a fat such as butter. The gumbo was horrible. It had an acidic taste. Not tomato acid though, almostlike when u cook with alcohol and it doesn't burn off. My company had a difficult time finding something on the menu. 3 peoplejust ordered a burger for lack of anythg else. The porkchop and chicken were good but needed more seasoning (my companyreported). The front threshold was a little steep for a person with a walker to navigate. But all the stores in this area looksimilar. Read more

The overall impression on the first visit was great! The first observation was the ability to reserve a table online in advance... which our party of three took full advantage of. The hostess was very attentive when we walked in, and was quick to alsoacknowledge the reservation made online for a party of three. We were seated literally when the next table opened up. My son Iwill add, who attends ECU lives on campus which allowed us to come into town, park near his dorm, and casually walk over to therestaurant which was barely 5 minutes. The consensus all around was to try the Po Boy sandwiches and pork grinds which we did.The fried shrimp AND the cajun cheesesteak Po Boy sandwiches were tops! Get the pork grinds to with the cheese dipping saucewith a cocktail and you'll be happy with the recommendation. Keep up the great work, and special shout out to our serverCourtney who was tops in her upbeat personality and attentiveness throughout the meal ???? Read more

Clean and quaint near campus spot. Service is top notch. The food is well platted and yummy. Slightly on the pricey side so... make sure the parents pick up the tab..this ain't for the college kids :-) Read more
