One half of my steak was cold rear but the other half was cooked perfectly. It was good overall. I will definitely be back
My date and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We had a great time in excellent conversation during our time there and... after. I highly recommend the Cactus Blossom with the Spicy Ranch sauce. I had the boneless barbecue chicken breast with a halfof rib and my two sides were a bowl of chili with a house salad. My date had a sirloin steak with ribs and her two sides were acaesar salad and mashed potatoes. We'll definitely be back. Read more
Great food, great service. Had birthday coupon for free app. They took picture of coupon but then did not deduct the app... charge. Paid on the kiosk which only showed total. Didn't notice until I got home & looked at emailed receipt. Called them &they offered 2 options, neither of which worked for me since nearest Roadhouse is over 1 hr away & we don't get to go often. They said they would return credit to my gift card but it would take up to 10 days to see it. Hope I see it. Pretty sure Iwill, because they are a 1st class company. Read more
I gave this restaurant 5 stars for one reason, Amber the bartender. If you want a fine dining amazing steak I wouldn’t say... this is your spot. Being from a huge city I didn’t expect much. Food wise I got about what I would expect. I’m ratingthis 5 stars because I sat at the bar and met Amber. She was such an attentive and happy person, you can’t possibly complainabout the food. In fact as hard as she tried the kitchen just couldn’t cook my steak to medium! But honestly the food ispar for the course at a chain restaurant. My experience was really great and entertaining because Amber was amazing! I’mfrom out of town but if I lived locally I’d still eat here to chat with Amber! She’s a gem! Read more
Texas roadhouse always serves great steak no matter the location, this is the first time at this location and it was great, I... love that they allow you to stop at the guard shake to get on the waitlist before you get to the front door, we had 8 in ourparty on a very busy night and we still got seated really fast, that was amazing. Though we got seated fast it was still alittle longer wait to get food, our waitress was good, and tried to ensure out experience was great. I can say I always lovethat you can choose your own steak,I added onions for the first time a suggestion from our waitress and it was great and youcan always count on the cook to cook just as you ordered, and if you have to take home your left overs you can trust its goingto be even better the next day. Placed a “curbside to go” order. 1 bacon cheeseburger with bacon/cheese steak fries 2 house salads 1 appetizer... combo 1cactus blossom Order on the app and the order would be ready to pickup at 747pm. I arrived at 755pm and checked in. Satfor 45 minutes waiting on my order. Waitress that was coming to the cars for pickup said pet of the order was ready, stillwaiting on the kitchen to finish. At 840pm went into the restaurant to demand my food. Finally received my order. Got home andall my food was cold and no cactus blossom. No apologies from the manager that finally brought my food to me. Sadly this is notthe first time we’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Will not be coming back. Read more
Yummy!! Texas Roadhouse of Greenville does it best. The shrimp is always cooked to perfection. The broccoli is perfectly... seasoned. The taters are always delicious and seasoned just right!! Seated very quickly. Drinks came and no issues. Then we were given Plastic utensils! We had 6 people and 4 of those ordered... steaks. One steak was fine. The other 3 were not cooked like we asked. One had ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich. The man thatwalks around asking about how ur food is..we informed him of how the steaks were not cooked as we asked. And the pulled pork wasso dry and no sauce on it! He comes back with plates and asks the 3 with the wrong cooked steaks and the one with the pulledpork to put the steaks and pulled pork on the plates. So we have mushrooms and onions sitting on our plate cold by the time thesteaks come back. And the fries were so salty my kids wouldn’t even eat them. Plates sat on the table as the waitress comes tocheck how our food is. Then we get our bill which was around $155 and we get told we got a discount for the issues.
