Extremely rude employee at window. We arrived to pick up an Uber Eats delivery. The lot was empty. They had zero customers. We... pulled up to the drive thru as the businesses instructions state and the employee said ?Go back around to the speaker. It?s notdone like that.? Well their instructions mention nothing about the speaker so we followed them. Employee thought it was cool tohave us go back around and talk to HER at the speaker and then pull up to window where she had someone else bring the food. Very unnecessary rudeness, request and comment. We will decline anymore orders from this Taco Bell Read more
The customer service could definitely be a lot better here. Also, it wouldn't hurt to double check the receipts to make sure... orders aren't wrong, or missing items. I went through the drive-thru a few days ago, and my order was completely wrong/missingitems. I didn't bother to go back inside because they tend to look at you weirdly like you're lying, or they seem irritated. Read more
Beautiful location and interior. Newly updated design with an order station along with the normal register ordering and drive... through. Even though it was busy for lunch delivery of food was quick and the dining room was very clean. The staff wereextremely friendly and amazing with their customer service which went above and beyond. One lovely lady even took our tray anddumped our trash for us. I was impressed and will keep coming back! Read more
Needed just a quick bite to eat while on the road, and there was a Taco Bell nearby, used the drive thru, and just pulled into a... spot in the parking lot to eat behind the restaurant. The entire experience felt rather rushed, I ordered a Doritos Los Taco,extra beef, add tomatoes, add onion, after each thing I said I got "is that all...is that all...is that all" got to the windowto pay and my change and food was just practically shoved out at me, I mean it's good to have speed, I understand that, but Iwas literally the ONLY person in the drive thru and the lot only had 2 other cars, I know window and customer times areimportant, but at the customers sacrifice? And as rushed as everything was... it showed when I pulled over in the parking lot tofind a thrown together taco, half of the ingredients on the paper, and of course a shell broken all the way down the middle. Andbefore any of you come for me about "it's a taco they break and are messy" or "get a soft shell next time" I like a crunchytaco...and I know they get messy, that's the fun delicious part of it, but to go from the bag, to my hand, to a parking space atthe very same establishment, and it's a completely broken shell, it was like that prior to getting to my hands! I ate it as bestI could, very carefully mostly with my fingers since I was in my car, It tasted great, I just wish I'd have received betterservice and a better product like I have at nearly every other Taco Bell I've been to before. I arrived here around 9 something, the food was good and I really enjoyed it being that I haven?t had Taco Bell in a while. I... gave a 3 star because I?m big on customer service, I didn?t get a greeting after waiting so long in the drive thru. I was tryingto ask them what kind of drinks they had, and the female that took my order was rude and was rushing me. I pulled up to windowand still didn?t receive a greeting , my apologies for the wait nor a thank you.. It would have been nice if they were alittle bit more friendlier, respect is big to me and that?s something that needs to be addressed especially when yourcommunicating with people or customers.. For the cecond time this location has gotten am order of mine wrong. First off if you double your meat you better make sure they... know it or you will get barely anything. Secondly you better do a deep dive in your bag and check to see if all your order isthere because they will forget something everytime. Read more
