Could you please get someone working here who is capable of doing more than 1 thing at a time? Slowest service ever.
Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or... when one comes. Because it doesn?t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she?s not able to makeanything then made a comment about don?t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we?re 24/7 and no matter side work we stillhelp our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I?m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She thencontacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn?t tell me. I didn?t like how I was refused to speakwith manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn?tappreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn?t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue butcomments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving meissue immediately!! I've been on 4 different occasions where they don't have their drinks in stock (iced caramel cloud Macchiato, mocha cookie... crumble). I left each time without a drink and will not bother getting one from there in the future. Read more
