I've been coming here every morning for a while now either before work or with my dog through the drive through! Everyone here... goes out of their way to offer amazing customer service (and accommodations), and it does wonders for my social anxiety andmedical condition where communication can be hard sometimes! And even my dog loves the special treatment with her pup cups andall the compliments! Such a great team at this location! And even better coffee! Read more
This Starbucks location has a friendly staff, clean interior, and your order is filled in a timely manner. This location is... right across the street from ECU's Life Sciences and Biotechnology building. Ample parking though if you part in front of thebuilding you may be blocked in by the drive thru line. I came through the drive through at around 12pm today. Very few people were in the drive through, maybe like 3 so there was no... rush. I ordered a venti hot white chocolate mocha. It's the one thing I can order and like, and that I can tolerate after mytaste changing because of Covid. I pay my almost $7 for my coffee and go home. I can't drink my drink because it's so hot and soI didn't realize until I got home that I had a $4 hot chocolate. I tried calling for like five minutes and nobody picked up.I've had so many problems with this Starbucks in the past, I'm past the point of returning. The staff is so kind and work so hard. Came for red cup day and the store was so crazy. People kept complaining about how long... it was taking and were being awful. The staff handled it with grace. They were working so hard, so fast and kept apologizing forthe timing. My coffee was hot and tasted great. Read more
