Ordered a classic grilled cheese and a pepsi. The sandwich was good, BUT, the staff member that filled my drink tried to hand me... my drink with Pepsi all over the outside of the cup. I asked her to wipe off the cup and she acted like I was an annoyance toher. I got my food and there was no napkins in the bag. Turned out mycup was too full and when I put the straw in the cup, thePepsi spilled over into my car. Food cost too much to not also deliver great service. Train staff better. Read more
I have ordered from here for years and was shocked and the size reduction in the group soups. We have orded for the family and... no more. The size now is 1/3 what it used to be and then they lie to you and say it has not changed. It used to big 2 containersin a holder in the bottom of the bag and now it is one smaller size. When I called them on it and pointed out 15 previousorders, I was the one wrong. Good bye Panara!I Read more

Our order got lost but everyone was extremely professional. Remarkable work from a lady called Lu, great employee, she did not... only apologize but did way more than what we expected to solve the situation (she also speaks Spanish, which is an asset for anyorganization). The manager and Lu get 10 stars, it was terrific and we will continue to come back. Errors in orders can happen,what to do after that is where some restaurants make mistakes. Read more

My dear friend took me to lunch here today. He had to use his gift card. He ordered a steak & cheese sandwich which came with... chips. He got sweet tea to drink. I got a cinnamon roll and an iced coffee. The cinnamon roll was a good portion covered invery, very, very sweet icing. I should have asked if it could have been heated! That would have put it over the top! The icedcoffee was delicious! Just ice and black coffee! (Did I mention how sweet the cinnamon roll was?) My friends sandwich looked andsmelled delicious. He mentioned it had a horseradish spread in which I would have really enjoyed! I haven been to PB in manyyears. I'm gonna have to put it back into my rotation again. Staff was friendly & Professional. Restaurant was clean and neat. Parking was a lil tight but there is plenty of parking close by. Parking lot was clean. Read more
