Two stars is generous... but my milkshake was good. Service was TERRIBLE. My boyfriend didn't like his milkshake, he went back... in the store and waited over 5 minutes for service only to be told he couldn't get something in place of it and couldn't receivea refund. The person who waited on us was unfriendly and unhelpful from the beginning. Read more
I will NEVER go here again! Their ice cream is the best but however the young little girl in there and yes little girl because... that?s how she acts. She needs to get fired. We have gone several times and she had an attitude but today just was justoverboard. She gave the nastiest attitude to my husband about what he ordered. I don?t know if she is the owners daughter orwhatever she is but she should not be there or they will start loosing a lot of customers because of her attitude. She is anemployee and her priority is to take care of the client. I rather drive 2 hours to go to the another paleteria rather than spendanother dime at this place.
