Me and my Girlfriend ordered a meal for Jimmy Johns through doordash and we never received our meal. not only that , we called... the store 10 times to check in on our meal once we had been waiting on it for 40 minutes because we are 1 mile from the store,it shouldn?t take 40+ minutes to receive the meal. but no one answered any of our 10 calls. and we didn?t receive the meal atall but we were charged for it . Now usually Jimmy John?s is great. But the delivery driver I had was absolutely rude. I saw him pulling up and sat in his car... saying he was knocking on my door? Lol no you were not knocking on anything. He called me and was so rude. Hung up on me. Andproceeded to take my change instead of giving it back. It seems like Jimmy Johns cares more about speed then they do quality. The sandwich was subpar at best, the chips were actually... better than the sub in my opinion. If you need to eat in a hurry then Jimmy Johns is your place! Read more

Friendly staff. Ordered #4 Giant. Was supposed to come with tomato. There was none. The bread was good but one slice of turkey... doesn't cut it. If I wanted to eat a plain roll I would have asked for it. Not worth $12.50 I was charged. Read more

I would love to rate this place higher, because I love Jimmy John's in general; However, I rarely receive a sandwich made... correctly from this particular restaurant. I place my orders online, so there is no room for miscommunication in my point ofview. I get the sandwich fast, yes, but it isn't worth it when the things I specified in my order are left out or changed. Ihave even received an entirely different sandwich from that which I ordered.
